Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Workday and its related modules. Based in New York, New York, this position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive system efficiency within the wholesale distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday Administration & Support: Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement modules to align with business needs.
  • Enterprise Application Management: Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance additional enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and other business systems.
  • Workday Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Manage and support procurement functionalities, including supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, contract management, and procurement analytics to improve purchasing processes.
  • System Enhancements & Upgrades: Oversee Workday and enterprise application updates and enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance system performance through best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday and all integrated applications.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage standard and custom reports, including advanced reporting, matrix reports, composite reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.


  • 5+ years of enterprise applications administration experience, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Expertise in Workday Procurement, Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience supporting and integrating additional enterprise applications within an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Procurement, including supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, contract lifecycle management, and procurement reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Workday report writing, system configuration, and process automation.


Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Workday.

Expertise in Workday modules, including Procurement, Finance, Payroll, and organizational management.

Proven experience with Workday procurement processes such as supplier management, purchase orders, and contract lifecycle management.

Familiarity with financial processes, reporting, and forecasting within Workday.

Proficiency in Workday configuration, report development, and process automation.
