About This Role
As a Program Manager, you play a critical role in executing high-impact org-wide initiatives and continuously improving processes to increase the effectiveness of our engineering organizations.
You are going to join and help our Platform Engineering TPM team.

Minimum Required QualificationsPlease do not apply if you do not meet these requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical project management experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of program management experience
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, scripting (Python, SQL, or automation tools like Zapier, Airflow, Jira Automation, or ServiceNow workflows)
  • Obsessed with eliminating manual work through systems, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on with tools — not just a manager, but someone who prototypes or drives automation solutions
  • Experienced in managing hundreds or thousands of operational tickets while maintaining SLA and prioritization discipline.
  • Familiar with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, internal copilots, data extraction or ticket summarization bots)
  • Analytical and process-oriented — identifies bottlenecks, builds dashboards, and iterates for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, analysts, and ops teams
  • Software engineering (helping improve automation processes) and internal project management (help us manage 1000s of Jira tickets).

As a Program Manager, you will be interacting with TPMs, Engineering Managers, and Software Engineers to create, manage, and deliver workstreams that require multi-disciplinary support.

You will be initiating the processes, helping our engineering team to achieve their goals by enabling partner teams to perform the burndowns and stay on schedule, communicating with stakeholders, creating dashboards for engineers and leaders to track progress. In case that for any reasons our progress is not aligned with the goals, you will help identify the course correction process and communicate them, including change management requirements.

We are looking for a skilled Program manager who can support our Platform Infrastructure team, driving technically complex programs while working in tandem with engineers, product managers, and engineering leadership.

What will we need you to do?

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and program stakeholders. Engage and energize project teams to achieve aggressive goals.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively.
  • Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective. Develop broad domain and technical knowledge.
  • Understand product compromises. Have the end customer in mind and be able to bridge between end customer and technical aspects with a data-driven approach to increase our efficiency.
  • Help manage the cross-functional strategic planning and business planning process, leading conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and developing those into detailed program / project plans (including roadmaps, funding planning, resource planning, clear Objectives, measurable outcomes, and hiring goals).
  • Continuously improve and scale the organization. Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and the program management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization. Improve product development and delivery. Mentor project management skills within our engineering leadership team.
