Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce implementation and transformation projects for BFS clients.
Understand client needs across customer experience, compliance, onboarding, and digital transformation; align them with Salesforce solutions.
Partner with technical and solution teams to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of BFS Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and deal progression.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, Heads of Technology, and Line of Business owners in BFS institutions.
Articulate the value proposition of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) with domain-specific relevance.
Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure feasibility and win themes are aligned to client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in IT services/consulting sales, with at least 5 years in the BFS domain.
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and capabilities, especially in BFS use cases like KYC/AML, customer onboarding, origination, and self-service portals.
Experience working with Salesforce Consulting Partners, ISVs, and third-party vendors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with BFS industry regulations and digital trends.
