Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a REMOTE Quantitative Product Research Analyst with a major corporation in Miami, FL.
12+ month contract
Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Quantitative Product Research Analyst to support survey design, data analysis, and research operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in survey programming, statistical analysis, and process optimization within a research or product-focused environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Candidates with experience in UX research, market research, product analytics, or academic research involving survey design and data analysis will be highly successful in this role. Familiarity with automating research workflows and working cross-functionally with product or insights teams is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Design & Execution
Program and maintain complex surveys in Qualtrics, leveraging advanced logic, embedded data, loop & merge, randomization, custom scripting (JavaScript), and API integrations.
Rigorously test and validate surveys pre-launch to ensure high data quality.
Monitor and, if needed, troubleshoot surveys post launch.
Apply statistical analyses such as Regressions, Factor Analysis, ANOVA, and T-Tests to large data sets to deliver actionable insights.
Research Operations & Automation
Enhance the current research process to increase efficiency and quality of research.
Improve and maintain standardized templates, workflows, and best practices for the research team.
Collaboration & Communication
Support researchers with logistics coordination and basic operational needs.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience programming and testing surveys using Qualtrics including custom scripting and API usage.
2+ years in research operations in process improvement and operational optimization
Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and statistical analysis (e.g., regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA).
Experience with tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or Excel for data analysis.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Flexibility in handling workload fluctuations and multiple requests.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Marketing Science, Human-Computer Interaction).
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics, including custom scripting and API usage.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or Excel.
- Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and multiple concurrent requests.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Background:
- 2+ years in research operations or process improvement.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, Statistics, Marketing Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
