Role: MDM Project Leader & Adoption Coordinator

Location: Remote / On-site as needed Duration: Contract, 3 to 6 months (with extension possible)

Summary: We are seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Project Leader to drive the rollout of our new MDM (Intune-based) initiative across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, communication expertise, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will define, document, and communicate standards to employees and business units, ensuring full adoption and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MDM rollout and manage cross-functional coordination across departments
  • Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly technical and policy documentation
  • Create and deliver onboarding/training materials for end users and department leaders
  • Work with HR, Legal, and Security to align communication and compliance standards
  • Engage with business unit stakeholders to ensure proper engagement and adherence to MDM policies
  • Provide regular updates to IT leadership and executive sponsors
  • Identify adoption barriers and coordinate mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading IT projects, ideally related to device or security rollouts
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Proven ability to translate technical standards into business-friendly documentation
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with organizational change management in a technical setting
  • Exceptional writing skills for policy, procedure, and communication materials
