Job Description
Manage Teamcenter users, roles, groups, and access permissions.
Configure and maintain preferences, LOVs, forms, and revision rules.
Deploy and troubleshoot workflows, status templates, and process configurations.
Monitor application performance and resolve user-reported issues.
Support testing and validation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
Coordinate application changes, deployments, and configuration promotions.
Ensure proper functioning of integrations with CAD, ERP, and other systems.
Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.

Role: Teamcenter Support Consultant
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Type: Long Term Contract
Initial Remote with later onsite required

Job Description
Provide functional support to end-users for BOM, Change, and Document Management processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
Support Engineering Change workflows (ECR, ECO, ECN) and BOM structuring activities.
Guide users on best practices for document versioning, approvals, and lifecycle management.
Participate in testing, validation, and UAT of configurations and workflows.
Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
Collaborate with admin and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Maintain support documentation, logs, and suggest process improvements.
