Responsibilities:
- Help drive the successful delivery of key technology projects in the Counterparty Credit Risk Technology space
- Capture and support delivery of business requirements, working with dev team to implement technology changes, remediate risks/issues and drive end to end delivery of key initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong background in business analysis and previous experience in capital markets
- Well organized with ability to manage multiple project and priorities
- Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Able to work independently / self-initiator, and to motivate team members to perform
- Strong working knowledge of all project phases (e.g., plan, analyze, design, test, etc.) and methods/tools (e.g., project charters, project planning, requirements definition, testing, issue tracking, change control, risk management, status reporting, resource and budgeting etc)
Pay Range: $48.37 - $56.37
