Job Details

VDart is seeking an Experience Engineer with expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD), user experience (UX), and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). This role serves as a liaison between business and IT teams to define and deliver user-centric digital solutions. You ll shape strategic application vision, optimize process maps, and drive adoption of systems that delight users and meet compliance and quality standards.

  • Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in UX strategy, experience design, quality/process improvement, or a related domain.
  • Strong command of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to define and drive digital experience strategies in alignment with business needs.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred); experience using Six Sigma or Lean in a UX context is a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital strategy tools, process mapping, project management, and user research.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to streamline UX design and delivery workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams to define the strategic application experience and UX architecture.
  • Create and maintain Human-Centered Design (HCD) delivery process maps.
  • Map user journeys and personas to identify pain points and improvement areas.
  • Support user research and discovery phases; contribute to business presentations.
  • Deliver project accelerators to reduce discovery/design timelines using tools and insights.
  • Ensure digital experience aligns with enterprise goals and drives application adoption.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and UX/digital teams.
