Position: Hyperion Consultant with EPCM/ HPCM

Location: Richardson, TX 75080 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have Skills
- Hands-on implementation / support experience in HYPERION System 9 and 11/ EPCM
- Should have good understanding of Finance business function.
- Prior experience as a Techno-functional consultant/business analyst's role with direct interaction to overseas clients.
- Ability to work in a highly structured and process oriented environment essential.

Detailed Job Description
Technical:

- In depth knowledge in EPCM & HPCM /Planning cloud
- Expertise in Profitability and Allocations of EPCM/EPM Cloud
- Expertise in HPCM artifacts and architecture
- Experience in design and development of EPCM data forms, business rules, workflow and security
- Experience in design and development of HPCM outlines, load rules, calculation scripts and security
- Should be able to gather requirements and design in line with it
- Should be able to communicate with offshore team and validate their work
- Experience in setting up of test environment, writing test scripts, supporting end users in testing
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
- Should have relevant experience in maintenance and support projects (month/quarter/year end tasks)
- Experience in Project planning starting from requirements gathering and entire project execution

Ownership:
- Completely own the Oracle EPM/EPCM & HPCM track of Client and its roadmap
- To take ownership of issues and work on issue resolution

Leadership:
- Service Delivery: Ensure all the delivery parameters are met as per defined SLAs
- Recommend procedural and/or operational improvements in SOPs and SOIs for continuous improvement
- Document new business and technical problems & resolutions assessing impact
- Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge to resolve issues in changing technology environments.
- Ensure all the delivery parameters are met as per defined SLAs
- Ensure all the processes are audit compliant as per policies
- Solution assessments for business problems

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Oracle for any application bug.
- Proactive and reactive management of support issues, including liaison with business users, system users, partners and 3rd party vendors.
- Interaction with multi-cultural global support teams and internal customers from various geographical regions / countries.
- Ensuring proper communication and coordination within support teams.
- Working or being 'on call' during non-working hours as project or emergency system maintenance requires.

Mentoring:
- Functional and business guidance to the team for complex and critical incidents
- Prepare and delivery of quality manuals / materials for support training
