The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Conservation & Environment Delivery Center (CEDC)
Position Title: CEDC - SharePoint Power Apps Developer TL2 (773207)
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Harrisburg, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2026 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)
Note: Remote off-site position but candidate must be able to report on-site at least first/last days of engagement to inventory equipment.
SharePoint and PowerApps Developer, a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology such as PowerApps development and InfoPath specialist. Has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program.

- 8+ Years: Development of Information Technology solutions
- 5+ Years: Microsoft PowerApps
- 5+ Years: Microsoft Power Automate
- 8+ Years: Microsoft SharePoint
- 8+ Years: UI Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery)
- Azure DevOps
- SharePoint Admin Tenant level
- Microsoft Azure cloud databases/solutions
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Microsoft InfoPath
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
