Oracle OTM/GTM Solution Architect - 100% REMOTE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle OTM and GTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions to optimize logistics and trade compliance processes. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in Oracle OTM and GTM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements using Oracle OTM/GTM capabilities.
  • Configure and customize Oracle OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Compliance.
  • Configure GTM modules including Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, and Customs Management.
  • Develop functional specifications for integrations with ERP systems, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle product updates, patches, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle OTM and/or GTM implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and trade compliance processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or on-premise OTM/GTM solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle integration tools (SOA, BPEL, OIC).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle certifications in OTM or GTM.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with global logistics regulations and customs procedures.
  • Experience integrating OTM/GTM with Oracle EBS, SAP, or other ERP systems.
