Project Lead (with Scrum expertise)

Role Description:

We are looking for a project lead with Scrum expertise and advancing experience managing strategic, complex projects for large-scale organizations and platforms.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Experience: 5-8 Years.

*Excellent communication (verbal, written, and visual) and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with senior and executive leadership.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient at speaking to how the Project Manager role effectively contributes at the intersection of business and technology and within a scaled agile environment.
Proven record as a prudent problem solver, demonstrating a strong aptitude towards analytics, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making in challenging circumstances.
Proficiency in building and crafting financial models via Excel or other tools to balance overall project and program budgets.
Understanding of project budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Proficiency with Agile and portfolio/program/project management tools.
Demonstrates expertise and practical experience operating as a PMO within the Scaled Agile Framework, including Agile Release Train execution, PI planning, and overall Agile and PMO governance.

Good to have:
SAFe certifications, such as SAFe Portfolio Manager or SAFe RTE, are strongly preferred.
Experience working within Agile and SAFe framework environments is strongly preferred.
