RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
  • Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs.
  • Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities.
  • Ensure applications align with business needs and collaborate with process owners to resolve issues.
  • Define data flow and ensure integration between business processes and systems.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and user design sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and coordinate project deliverables with other groups such IT, Performance Management, etc.
  • Collaborate with application designers to complete system enhancement designs.
  • Design and develop reports for HCM users.
  • Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing.
  • Assist the team lead in defining staffing, responsibilities, and schedules for system enhancements.
  • Identify cross-team issues and coordinate their resolution.
  • Develop PeopleSoft queries to meet reporting needs.
  • Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.
  • Perform analysis of business processes, model requirements and detail with specific division SMEs during workshops.
  • Discover and develop business process models with specific division SMEs to document (as-is) and/or Future State process models in BPMN modelling notation.
  • Create and Produce Standard Operational Procedures for various division specific processes
  • Create and Produce system flow documentation for various division specific processes
  • Perform detailed review of process models and organizational charts prior to review in alignment with project requirements.
  • Facilitate remediation of modeling issues/procedure documentation with SMEs.
  • Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system design for the development and configuration of software applications that support business requirements.
