What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Gen AI Developer/Lead to work on a Generative AI initiative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of language models, text-to-image, and other generative AI models. They must possess knowledge of Python, and machine learning frameworks.

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Hands on with LLMs (In previous projects) and worked on product development using LLMs.
• Experience with Chat, IVR, Banking will be plus.
• Exp with Speech to Text using Whisper/Google TTS etc.
• Hands on experience with Vector Database & Graph DB (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j).
• Good understanding and experience using Transformer/Neural Network model.
• Hands on experience using Open AI APIs, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral etc.,)
• Solid understanding on framework like Langchain, Haystack and ability to use Agentic Workflows using those frameworks.
• Hands on experience in creating Embedding using MPNET, Ada models.
• Ability to use advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for effective semantic search.
