Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using the Pega PRPC platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC 8.x

  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with application architecture standards

  • Develop and configure case types, data models, flows, UI, activities, and integrations

  • Build REST/SOAP services and integrations with external systems

  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Pega solutions for performance and scalability

  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery


Required Skills:

  • 7 10 years of experience in Pega development

  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x versions

  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decision Rules, and UI development

  • Experience in integrating Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and Kafka

  • Proficient in designing and implementing reusable components and frameworks

  • Solid understanding of database concepts and writing SQL queries

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
