Location: Hybrid (Local Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 3 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end infrastructure and software projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies within a hybrid delivery environment.

- Clear Communication: Collaborates effectively with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Manages project timelines, documentation, and dashboards with precision.
- Organizational Agility: Coordinates meetings, project notes, and schedules efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identifies and resolves bottlenecks while enforcing best practices.
- Technical Documentation: Creates and maintains SOPs, process guides, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clients to manage the full project lifecycle.
- Maintain dashboards and project plans using Jira, ServiceNow, Project Online, and SharePoint.
- Draft charters and facilitate project kickoff and Agile ceremonies.
- Keep project artifacts such as status reports and RAID logs up to date.
- Support GIS and traffic operations-related projects with data analysis and visualization.
