About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Analyst to support the creation of a framework that delivers the value narrative for Corporate IT and all of the vertical functions within it. This role will work closely with a Lead Strategist and support the VP of Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) to drive this initiative to capture and synthesize the work across various verticals within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, data analysis, and the ability to create visually impactful presentations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to mine data to create a business impactful narrative.
In addition to developing the framework and crafting the narrative, this engagement will Client the groundwork for establishing data structures that facilitate ongoing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Project deliverables include a value statement supported by data, an overview of how the verticals interoperate to create a synergy greater than the sum of its parts, and the value this brings to both and our employees.
The Strategic Analyst will support the work of the Lead Strategist in creating an executive summary of recommendations for Corporate IT, outlining a clear journey and roadmap as a strategic view for the next 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and structuring of data from multiple verticals, gathering insight and creating a value narrative for senior executives.
- Conduct business analytics and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize and structure complex data to highlight the value and potential of each vertical.
- Develop and maintain data structures to support the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Create visually impactful presentations and reports for high-level executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the creation of compelling business cases and presentations for the Board and Executive Committee.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Develop and implement a data integration framework that consolidates diverse data sets.
- Perform data mapping and analysis to identify relationships and trends across different data sources.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business analytics, data analysis, and creating executive-level presentations.
- Strong background in data mining and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience in supporting strategic planning and business case development.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization tools, data analysis software).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work quickly, especially in ambiguous or less-than-ideal conditions.
