Role : Wynsure Tech lead

Location : Columbus GA ( Hybrid, Onsite)

Mode: Contract

A Tech Lead with Wynsure product experience to manage a critical project for one of our biggest Insurance clients. 10-12 years of progressive experience in leading a Team at client location. Lead the execution of technical tasks for enterprise-level clients.

Technical Skills:

Tech Lead with experience in Wynsure Product

Must be an individual contributor

Must possess client facing experience.

Coding the logic outlined in System Requirements (Programming).

Must have hands-on experience building apps using React, Redux, Bootstrap, CSS3, preprocessors, node JS, express JS, JEST and other react supporting libraries

Strong understanding of OOJS, design patterns

Proficient in JavaScript

Potentially specializing in one or more of these areas below:

Customization: Enhancing or designing and developing new functionality in existing or new applications and/or modules

Experience in storybook, server-side scripting

Experience developing with GIT or other version control systems

Programming (70% of job responsibility)

Understanding business or technical requirements and translating to code using Wyde tools (eWAM) and language.

Application OO Design (15% of job responsibility)

Applying understanding of Wynsure's Object Oriented architecture to complete the analysis and design of significant developments.

React Automation Testing and debugging the code where there are issues/errors.

Process Skills:

1. Working closely with customer and propose solutions accordingly

2. Must be an individual contributor

3. Ability to support a customer on a business or/and technical level.

4. Documenting system/code changes

5. Debugging issues in current applications and proposing and/or implementing solutions

6. Explaining application usage to end users or other developers, including generation of documentation

7. Explain architecture of application to technical experts / developers. Includes generation of documentation.

8. Assist in creating, running, and explaining demos for sales demonstrations at customer location.

9. The ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

10. Must possess excellent attention to detail.

Behavioral Skills :

Help build a highly reliable, efficient, and scalable back end to support applications

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Education

12-13+ years of experience in leading a Team

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
