RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
* Implement, configure, maintain, operate, and optimize the HRIS system and interfaces, including the Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System, New Employee Onboarding System, Performance Management System, and Learning Management System
* Oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements
* Manage and safeguard internal database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and the proper functioning of files, tables, codes, and backups
* Develop and maintain custom reports to meet HR management and staff requirements
* Analyze HR workflows, identify opportunities for process improvement/automation, and collaborate with HR/leadership to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues, coordinating with IT, HR partners, and vendors as necessary
* Collaborate with leadership and HR staff to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security
* Manage user permissions, access controls, personalization settings, and maintain the streamlined user authentication process (SSO) for HR systems
* Trains and advises HR team on updated configuration, system utilization to support efficient and effective processes
* Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS, HR data, and implementation projects
* Ensure HR systems, data, data handling, and related processes comply with data security, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and internal IT policies
* Manage the Data Privacy Audit (DPA) process for HRIS-related vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Management Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of UKG HCM experience
* 1+ years of LMS experience
* Demonstrated advanced wide-ranging experience in UKG HRIS modules, including recruiting, advanced compensation, benefits, payroll, time & absence, reporting, performance management, and talent management
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and excel at finding clarity where others see complexity
* Experience capturing business requirements, translating into technical requirements, providing solutions, and executing system configuration
* Experience leading projects with internal and external stakeholders
* Knowledge of data privacy laws (PII, PCI, HIPAA, etc.)
* Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
* Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present technical topics to all levels of employees
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
