Role Overview

We are seeking an Agentic AI Program Manager to lead end-to-end business requirement analysis, use case generation, prioritization, and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions for our enterprise customers.

This role combines a deep understanding of Agentic AI technologiesuncovering business problems that can be solved through AI, deep engagement with business stakeholders, and program management to help customers unlock measurable business value using AI.

The ideal candidate will partner with client stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic AI opportunities into successful, scalable deployments.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirements & Use Case Identification

  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities for AI-driven autonomy and decision support.
  • Translate operational and business challenges into agent-based automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate use cases for feasibility, impact, and technical readiness.
  • Collaborate with architects to define solution blueprints for single and multi-agent systems.

 

2. Program Leadership & Execution Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs — from design through deployment and scaling.
  • Establish execution frameworks for building and governing autonomous agents using LLMs and external tool integrations.
  • Oversee teams working on orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Drive program governance, quality, risk management, and measurable business outcomes.

 

3. Evangelism and High-Level AI Solution Thinking

  • Act as a thought leader in Agentic AI strategy, multi-agent collaboration, and autonomy architectures.
  • Educate clients on best practices for human-in-the-loop and safety guardrails in autonomous systems.
  • Develop reusable patterns, accelerators, and reference implementations for Agentic AI delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and advisory sessions to shape client AI strategy and roadmap.

 

4. Stakeholder Management & Executive Leadership Engagement

  • Serve as the primary interface with customer executives and business sponsors.
  • Communicate technical AI concepts in business language to influence leadership decisions.
  • Align Agentic AI delivery to client’s digital transformation and automation strategy.
  • Build trusted partnerships that drive innovation and long-term collaboration.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years in technology consulting or program leadership, including 3+ years in AI/ML delivery.
  • Experience designing or managing LLM-based agent architectures and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LangChainAutoGenLlamaIndexSemantic Kernel, or similar ecosystems.
  • Understanding of tool integrationAPI orchestrationmemory management, and autonomous task planning.
  • Strong client engagement, communication, and executive presentation skills.
