Job Title: On-Site IT Support Technician
Job Description:
TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide on-site hardware and software assistance for one of our clients based in Tipp City, OH. The ideal candidate will install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals for both office and production staff, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computers, phones, and printers in both office and production areas.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user desktop systems and peripherals.
• Offer troubleshooting and break/fix support for network, server, and workstation devices.
• Implement and manage network accounts and access controls.
• Support industrial printing systems and related hardware.
• Maintain and track hardware inventory and electronic waste disposal.
• Assist with mobile and workstation device maintenance.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to operate computer equipment and related tools.
• Occasionally required to stoop, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs. for device installations and maintenance.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated locations for equipment adjustments and repairs.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to diagnose network issues and perform basic troubleshooting on infrastructure devices.
• Experience with system imaging and reinstallation processes.
• Willingness to complete safety training for ladder use and working at heights.
• Commitment to being on-site daily with the potential for career growth within the organization.

Experience Level: Entry-Level
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
