The Development Lead is responsible for driving the technical execution of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service Cloud v2 initiatives, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP technologies, strong leadership in Agile environments, and a passion for enforcing development best practices across large, complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead development efforts for SAP S/4HANA and Service Cloud v2 implementations.

Collaborate with Scrum Masters, System Architects and other Delivery Leads to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business goals.

Technical Expertise

Support design and development of custom solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP services.

Promote and implement code reuse strategies to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.

Oversee integration between SAP S/4HANA and Service Cloud v2, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
