Basic Qualifications:
7 years of Project Management-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 9 years without a Bachelor's degree.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across IT, security, and business domains.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to lead diverse, distributed teams across IT, security, and business functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing cybersecurity projects through mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
- Formal Project Management Qualification i.e., PMP.
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project/program plans for medium- to large-sized cybersecurity initiatives in the M&A domain.
- Create and promote a compelling project vision and objectives, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and IT leadership to align cybersecurity integration strategies.
- Identify and secure resources, align team member skills with project demands, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Manage project performance (on time, on budget, within scope, and with quality).
- Define and track KPIs to measure integration success, risk reduction, and value realization.
- Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups using appropriate tools and communication strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
