Basic Qualifications:

7 years of Project Management-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 9 years without a Bachelor's degree.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across IT, security, and business domains.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to lead diverse, distributed teams across IT, security, and business functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing cybersecurity projects through mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
  • Formal Project Management Qualification i.e., PMP.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project/program plans for medium- to large-sized cybersecurity initiatives in the M&A domain.
  • Create and promote a compelling project vision and objectives, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and IT leadership to align cybersecurity integration strategies.
  • Identify and secure resources, align team member skills with project demands, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project performance (on time, on budget, within scope, and with quality).
  • Define and track KPIs to measure integration success, risk reduction, and value realization.
  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups using appropriate tools and communication strategies.
  • Continuously assess and improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
