Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to payroll processing and administration in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the validation of US payroll compare and other testing activities.
- Prepare and validate load files to support conversion and testing processes.
- Analyze, audit, and resolve complex payroll processing issues to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in payroll reporting and payments.
- Research and interpret regulatory requirements, resolving any tax, withholding, or compensation issues.
- Collaborate with system programmers to enhance payroll systems and processes.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with ADP Global View in an operational or pay administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems, including leave of absence processes.
- Experience in auditing payroll inputs and outputs for variance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
