Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AXP) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Adobe s Experience Platform ecosystem and a strong understanding of data architecture, customer journey orchestration, and analytics integration. Candidate must be currently hands on with development responsibilities.
As an AXP Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to design scalable solutions that deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design:
Design and architect end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform solutions integrating RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA with external systems and marketing technologies. - Platform Implementation:
Lead the implementation and configuration of RT-CDP for data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation. - Journey Orchestration:
Architect and guide the deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer to create real-time, personalized, omnichannel customer experiences. - Data & Analytics:
Work with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design robust data models, define KPIs, and integrate customer data to enable actionable insights. - Integration & Data Flow:
Define and oversee integrations between Adobe Experience Platform and third-party systems (CRM, CMS, DMP, and API services). - Technical Leadership:
Serve as the subject matter expert for AXP technologies, providing guidance to developers, analysts, and business teams. - Governance & Best Practices:
Establish architectural standards, data governance practices, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). - Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of digital experience strategies. - Performance Optimization:
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize data flow, processing speed, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred). - Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AXP):
Minimum 8+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. - Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP):
Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience in data ingestion, schema design, identity graph configuration, segmentation, and activation workflows. - Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO):
Minimum 2 4 years of experience designing and implementing real-time, cross-channel customer journeys, including triggers, decisioning, and personalization. - Customer Journey Analytics (CJA):
Minimum 2 3 years of experience configuring data views, building metrics/dimensions, and creating insights dashboards in CJA. - Adobe Launch / Adobe Tags & Integration Knowledge:
Minimum 2 3 years of experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) or other tag management systems to enable AXP data collection and activation. - Data Management & Integration:
Minimum 4+ years of experience with data modeling, APIs, and integrating marketing data sources (CRM, web, mobile, offline). - Cloud Platforms (Preferred):
Minimum 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for data processing and integration with AEP. - Programming/Scripting Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, or Python for data transformation and integration (minimum 3+ years).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEP, RT-CDP, or AJO.
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign integration with AEP.
- Knowledge of data privacy, consent management, and customer identity resolution frameworks.
- Experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to customer data pipelines, event streaming, and real-time APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
