Role: CCTV Admin

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite | Hybrid)

Contract




Responsible for managing Client's video surveillance systems across retail, corporate, manufacturing, and distribution sites. Duties include overseeing VMS installation and upgrades, troubleshooting AVA cloud-based and legacy Exacqvision systems, coordinating with IT and vendors to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and conducting daily audits to maintain system functionality. Acts as the single point of contact for all video security system operations and service requests.
