Project Manager:
Project Manager:
- Act as primary liaison to the business for specific project initiatives
- Act as primary liaison with an on-shore and off-shore outsourced development Team
- Coordinate all phases of the project (requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment)
- Maintain manpower plan for the Team
- Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed
- Build project plans and timelines for projects which could involve multiple vendors and cross team resources
- Plan, manage and execute projects to completion
- Provide periodic status reports on projects
- Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a focus on quality and service
- Interact with the business through requirements analysis and design sessions
- Participates in the Annual Budget Planning Process and Monthly Budget Review
- Manage and track project costs, including plan vs actual costs, forecasted estimates to complete, and costs at completion
- Maintain proper controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
