Job Details

  • Analyze IT supplier contracts for compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

  • Identify contractual, financial, operational, and cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Review, negotiate, and draft contract amendments, renewals, and change orders in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.

  • Ensure contracts align with business objectives, service requirements, and technology roadmaps.

  • Manage vendor relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for contract-related matters.

  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations, including SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables.

  • Support contract lifecycle management, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and audits.

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting within contract management systems.

  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.

  • Support dispute resolution and escalation related to vendor performance or contract interpretation.
