Our client, a Healthcare organization, needs to hire a Business Intelligence Developer to support financial officers and administrative teams through the development of dashboards, analytics, and reports and will be responsible for enhancing business intelligence platforms and ensures timely, accurate financial insights for decision-making.


This role is 100% REMOTE.


**Qualified candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis.**


Job Responsibilities:



  • Enhance and develop BI content including planning, analysis, design, programming, testing, and deployment.

  • Support financial reporting platforms such as StrataJazz and Cognos Analytics.

  • Support the Master Data Stewardship process and collaborate with data owners.

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and meet informational needs.

  • Partner with IT teams to improve existing applications and document changes.

  • Accurately capture requirements and functional specifications using standard templates.

  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Five (5)+ years of experience in business intelligence/reporting using tools like Strata, Cognos, Tableau.

  • Experience with master data stewardship.

  • Must have strong SQL, report development, and programming experience.

  • Strong business and data analysis skills.

  • Must have functional knowledge of financial concepts such as financial statements and chart of accounts.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Nice to have: Healthcare industry experience
