Job Details
Role: SAP S/4HANA Practice SME / Solution Architect (Senior Leadership Role)
Location: Houston, TX (Preferred)
Experience: 20+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and architect SAP S/4HANA solutions across end-to-end implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving discovery, solution design, and digital ERP strategy.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define SAP roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
- Engage in pre-sales, proposal development, and thought leadership activities.
- Guide cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring delivery excellence and value realization.
- Support internal initiatives around practice development, talent mentoring, and go-to-market offerings.
