We are a leading telecommunications company committed to providing innovative solutions to our customers and employees. As we embark on several benefits’ vendor implementations, we are seeking a detail-oriented analyst to join our team on a short-term basis to support these initiatives.
Play a crucial role in assisting with various vendor implementations over a six-month period. Reporting to a senior analyst on the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Test Planning:
- Develop detailed test plans for vendor implementations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all requirements.
- Define test criteria to evaluate the performance, functionality, and reliability of HRIS and Benefits systems.
Data Analysis:
- Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets, including review of flat files and Excel documents.
- Summarize and interpret results, map back results to integration requirements, and identifying discrepancies.
- Utilize analysis tools in Excel and/or MS Access to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Functional Specification Development and Review:
- Assist in the development and review of functional specifications for integrations between HRIS and Benefits systems.
- Ensure that specifications accurately capture business requirements and align with project objectives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Information Systems, or Business Administration. (I don’t really need the Bachelors)
- Proven experience in test planning and execution, preferably in a HR administration or IT environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
