| We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion HCM Techno Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, and Workforce Compensation modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global clients. |
| Mandatory Skills |
| The candidate must have over 10 years of total experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Completion of at least five full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design. In depth understanding of integration methodologies and interfaces. Proficiency in Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, and BIP Reports. Experience with software testing and change management tools. Excellent Cerner Power Documentation and ability to create detailed project documentation. Strong Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with global clients. |
