Senior HRIS Analyst

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Senior HRIS Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Working with Workforce Management specifically in the timekeeping modules.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of WFM initiatives from requirement gathering, configuration through testing, implementation and production support.
• Working with process automation, acquisition support, and analytics transformation.
• Having key knowledge on how to troubleshoot, update the system, reconfigure, and optimize performance.
• Training junior peers on how to use WFM.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance to ensure alignment of system capabilities with organizational strategy.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration.
• Subject matter expert level in WFM specifically the timekeeping module. All the other module knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UKG payroll.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently identify problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Having Cornerstone knowledge is a plus.
