Primary Responsibilities

We are searching for a hands-on business-focused technologist to lead a Client Master MDM solution that covers institutional and wealth management channels and manages data about organizations and associated contacts. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge in Master Data Management as well as Asset/Wealth Management distribution. You will learn new technologies, working on constantly upgrading your skill set and the products you work on to be at-par with the best in the industry. You will innovate and solve technical challenges in an effective manner that emphasizes a long-term vision.
You will design and deliver solutions for wealth management and Institutional asset management business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owners. Highly desirable: developing and maintaining applications using Semarchy MDM tools and maintenance. Experience with other similar tools will be considered
  • Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making, provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organizations implement MDM Solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing, deploying data pipelines in cloud (Azure) using ADF, DBT, FiveTran, Snowflake etc.
  • Optimizing data pipelines to achieve exceptional performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owner. Able to expertly communicate the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners, business partners, and team members.
