Role: Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Implementation Engineer

Location: Remote

Term: 6-9 Months Contract




Communication: Excellent, highly recommended to be interacting with the customer.



Description: This role is for a software engineer with Oracle OIM implementation experience to develop workflows for access request, birthright entitlement, contractor portal, certification workflows, etc. which are common use cases as part of a large OIM implementation project. Should be able to complete the development through testing and user acceptance testing. Ideally the candidate should be familiar with OIM implementation, OIM configuration, and OIM customization concepts.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c platform with a focus on implementing Certifications, Access Requests and Provisioning/Workflows in an enterprise-wide deployment.
  • Demonstrate expertise with trouble shooting OAM, OIM, and OUD on Unix/Windows systems.
  • Relevant experience in Identity Access management
  • Install and build ORACLE IAM Environment
  • Set-up ORACLE IAM Environment
  • Work under the leadership of Architects.
  • Working within guidelines of Oracle Enterprise Deployment Guide for OIM, OUD, OAM, OAA, OARM (IAM) infrastructure on OCI.
  • Configure Connectors and Develop workflows.
  • Setup Resident / external user on-boarding interfaces (API framework, approval workflows, on-boarding processes, strong authentication enrollment, account verification / validation / proofing)
  • Setup core common IAM services for authentication, authorization, application on-boarding, workflows, access controls, governance, compliance, and audit reporting.
  • Provide documentation guide for implementation, user guide for end-users.
  • Implementation of Role Based Access
  • SQL Proficiency
  • LDAP Proficiency

  • Hands on SOA composites, custom workflows
  • Hands on java development skills with Oracle solutions.
