Location: Evandale, OH, Pebbles, OH, Arkansas City, KS, Springdale, Ohio (cincy area), Durham, NC, Ft. Worth, TX, Florence, KY, McAllen, TX, Lafayette, IN
Duration: 6 Months+
L2 Technical Support Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination
Responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as needed
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
- Document issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
- Experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation
