Job Description: Genesys Architect

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Architect with 7-9 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Genesys contact center solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture: Develop and design robust, scalable, and high-performance Genesys architectures that align with business requirements.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Genesys solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization of Genesys components.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Genesys solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of Genesys solutions, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.
- Support: Provide advanced support for Genesys solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience working with Genesys contact center solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Framework, SIP Server, Media Server, and other Genesys components.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Genesys certification is a plus.
