Responsibilities:
- Test IT systems and business processes by executing defined test scripts.
- Validate software functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct performance and load testing to identify and isolate system issues.
- Build, maintain, and execute test cases and scenarios.
- Provide technical and non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in document management or information governance.
- 1+ years of experience using testing tools and software for managing test cases and tracking defects.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and system testing (preferred).
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (preferred)
- Familiarity with document workflows (preferred).
- Experience working with Kofax and IBM FileNet (preferred).
- General understanding or experience with technologies such as Case. Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in QA, IT, or related field.
