  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role within a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments swiftly.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
