Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 33 years been a top-tier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
**Location of the job: Hybrid- 4 days remote with 1 day onsite (Wednesday). Candidate must be local to the Austin, TX area**
Responsibilities
The candidate must have experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and excel in ETL procedures to convert data from a legacy system into PeopleSoft and create new interface programs to and from third-party systems.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with a large remote team.
Other duties include standard SDLC tasks and others project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of:
- Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- Experience developing with PeopeTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR)
- Experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database
- Experience with Linux OS scripting
- Experience working with AWE
- Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents
- Or (at least 4) experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- Or(at least 4) experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred:
4 years of:
- Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
2 years of:
- Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
- Experience with SharePoint
1 year of:
- Experience with Jira
- Experience working with the Scrum framework
- Experience with STAT
