SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant with deep expertise in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module to support our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP PM functionalities across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs in asset-intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance and asset management.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PM solutions that support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
- Integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM, and FICO.
- Provide expert guidance on master data management (equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists).
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP PM / EAM Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP PM module.
- Experience with business processes in maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and mobility solutions is a plus.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BAPIs, BADI).
