As a Sr DevOps Engineer at Elekta, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated builds, deployment pipelines, and mission-critical infrastructure ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities -
  • Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support agile product development.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD tools, automated test frameworks, and real-time status dashboards.
  • Continuously improve and optimize DevOps infrastructure and workflows.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and automation tools.
  • Review technical designs and provide guidance to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure high-quality, timely software delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices, providing technical support to engineers across teams.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to DevOps infrastructure by identifying bottlenecks, improving automation, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with the global DevOps team to enhance system integration and automation capabilities.
  • Partner with product, development, QA, and release management teams to streamline end-to-end delivery

Qualifications-
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or related support roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SVN, Git, Puppet, Terraform, Azure Automation DSC, Active Directory, and VMware vCenter.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
  • A passion for learning and strong problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this position is $145,000-165,000 + Bonus
