- 12+ years of experience designing and leading enterprise data architecture, analytics platforms, and modern data stack solutions.
- Deep expertise in Snowflake, with a focus on warehouse architecture, performance optimization, data sharing, and Cortex-based LLM integration.
- Hands of development and understanding of dbt Cloud, including Semantic Layer implementation, governed data modeling, and metric standardization.
- Strong architectural understanding of LLM-powered solutions translating natural language queries into actionable insights using platforms like Snowflake Cortex, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
- Proven ability to guide end-to-end solution delivery from ingestion and transformation to governed semantic layers and consumption while remaining hands-on as needed.
- Skilled in translating complex business needs into scalable data architectures and reusable frameworks.
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling, with a strong foundation in transformation logic, query optimization, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience integrating BI tools (e.g., Tableau) with data platforms and automating workflows using APIs and scripting.
- Familiar with metadata and governance platforms like Atlan, Alation, or Collibra for lineage, discovery, and model synchronization.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines, including Git-based workflows and deployment automation.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, adept at engaging with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to align data strategies with organizational goals.
