Insurance Project manager

Location : Jersey City, NJ

Duration : Long Term

Responsibilities:

1. Own delivery of the client engagement from start to end.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends to derive relevant insights and best practices and gather benchmarks.
3. Own and guide the team in the development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
4. Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
5. Oversee the allocation of tasks to the team and review outputs to align with engagement objectives.
6. Set up and run a client cadence to discuss observations and gather feedback.

Requirements:

1. 1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
   2. Previous experience in the insurance domain, preferably working with or serving a carrier.
   3. Expertise in the underwriting, quotation and policy binding processes. Understanding of Guidewire features and functionalities is preferred.
   4. Demonstrated experience in leading client engagements and delivering engagements objectives within agreed timelines.
   5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data sets.
   6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and present findings effectively.
