Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Executive with rich experience in SAP Sales to drive consultative selling, build client relationships, and lead strategic business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to identify and secure SAP projects, focusing on S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related technologies.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive account engagement and growth.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and providing tailored SAP solutions.
- Take ownership of practice sales and leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
- Partner with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Act as a trusted advisor in strategy and business transformation consulting to clients across multiple industries.
- Manage and drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to identify new opportunities for SAP-driven transformation programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SAP sales, with a focus on ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud).
- Strong background in consultative selling and enterprise client engagement.
- Expertise in practice sales, business development, and leadership within IT consulting or SAP domains.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programs across industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering value.
- Ability to understand and align SAP technologies with client business goals.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
