JOB DESCRIPTION:
"We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for our Advice and Wealth Management business. This role will be instrumental in aligning technology with business strategy, enhancing advisor and client experiences, and driving digital transformation across our wealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design
o Lead the end-to-end architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and related modules) for wealth management use cases and advisor journeys.
o Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions integrating Dynamics with financial planning tools, portfolio management systems, and client portals.
o Define data models, workflows, and automation strategies to support advisor-client interactions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
o Partner with business leaders, product managers, and financial advisors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Work closely with enterprise architects, data teams, and integration specialists to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
Implementation & Governance
o Oversee Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment.
o Establish best practices for development, testing, and release management.
o Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal governance standards.
Innovation & Optimization
o Evaluate emerging Dynamics features and third-party solutions to enhance advisor productivity and client engagement.
o Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, user feedback, and analytics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in CRM architecture, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Deep understanding of wealth management workflows, financial planning, and client lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure services, and data integration tools.
Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in financial services.
Familiarity with financial planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and portfolio management systems.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience."
