Job Details
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Web Analyst to join our Marketing & Communication team. This remote role offers you the chance to lead from the front, driving insights and strategies that enhance our digital presence and connect patients to exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct analyses and build insightful reports.
- Monitor key web performance metrics such as traffic volumes and conversion rates.
- Deliver insights that improve content creation and audience engagement.
- Manage ad hoc Web Analytics requests to support various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity of Web Analytics data through proper taxonomy and tracking.
- Promote a hybrid analytics model, educating stakeholders on data projects.
Skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing analytics role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
- Ability to influence and instill confidence through presentations and collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and basic web technologies.
- Understanding of relational databases and supporting concepts.
- Intrapreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement.
