Required Skills
ANY one with 2+ years of Automation testing Ideally will have experience with log tools like: Splunk, Datadog, etc. This is 100% automation, no manual testing, but they're OPEN to ANY tools or languages (DO NOT NEED TO CODE FROM SCRATCH) Mostly UI automation, some API knowledge experience with Virtual Machines and Linux is nice to have
Notes:
- Using an inhouse, lowcode automation framework, will need trained on the tool
- JavaScript is a plus, Python is preferred any language is fine
- 100% creating automation, not manual
- UI/API testing, mostly UI automation
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, Mongo (how SDLC works)
- VMs is good
- Splunk/Datadog, logging tools (any tool, but needs this)
Role and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience
- Expertise in designing, developing and maintain automation frameworks for testing applications
- Expertise in creating and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in coordination with testing teams
- Monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring reliable test data and system configuration
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
- Experience with RDMS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and message queuing technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Experience with Linux & VMs
- Experience with data collection & distribution using SNMP & Kafka
- In-depth experience with building APIs and services using REST.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and logging systems like Splunk & Datadog.
- Experience with software security principles and patterns.
