Description
Our client is looking to put in place his email / marketing campaign.
The role involves setting up the same folder structure in Email Studio that already exists for the US and Canada business units.
This includes configuring the environment and possibly handling new journeys, automations, and integrations throughout the year.
The team heavily uses Service Cloud Connect to bring in data from Service Cloud (their CRM), which simplifies some processes compared to building complex pipelines.
Currently, the personalization efforts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) are minimal.
The ideal candidate will not primarily focus on building emails, as there's already a dedicated SFMC email specialist. However, having basic HTML skills to help in urgent situations would be a plus (less than 5% of the workload).
Other responsibilities include configuring Einstein recipes for marketing personalization, collaborating with the web team to ensure the personalization pixel captures the necessary events for Einstein recommendations, and contributing to other general SFMC tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience building landing pages and microsites using HTML5, CSS, SSJS and AMPscript.
Experience with SFMC data integrations such as: Service Cloud connector (via Marketing Cloud connect), SFTP/Cloud Storage for files, SFMC APIs (Transactional messaging, Journey Entry, Batch Journey Entry...).
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Developer certification(s) is preferred.
Experience with Interaction/Personalization Studio is preferred.
Experience in reporting and analytics using Datorama is nice to have.
Experienced in managing outages, cases creation, customer escalations, crisis management, and other similar circumstances.
Familiarity with agile software delivery, individual contributor and true team player.
Great problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Partnering with IT and business teams across the digital space to identify new opportunities within the ESP and CDP to better understand and serve our customers.eas during their time working in SFMC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $5000.00 - $8000.00/hr.
