Immediate need for a talented Senior Processor Imaging. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $13.50 - $14/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Note: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Will be working half days for the first work week due to equipment setup and training.
  • Processes mail and other documents from internal/external customers in a production environment.
  • Prepares documents for scanning, scans and indexes documents.
  • Performs quality control of all documents scanned and indexed to ensure integrity of information transmitted.
  • Processes work according to Service Level Agreements


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Imaging and Scanning
  • Documentation
  • Customer Support
  • Two years related work experience. Prefer at least one year in an imaging role.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment such as personal computers, copies, fax machines, etc.
  • Prefer familiarity with imaging, internal documents and processes and/or customers.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently operate office equipment, including personal computer, calculator, fax, and copy machine. Ability to perform indexing.
